We are developing an easy-to-deploy, one-person intensive care unit for on site treatment and/or transport of the critical state patients. CELS is designed for quick application in desired number, where local, national or international affairs (war zones, natural or industrial disasters, B/C/N outbrakes) with numerous casualties are expected and when hospitals are full or unavailable.
